Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier chosen. Here are the estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days

Shipping Fees

Delivery Delays

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. K28 cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.

Unreceived or Lost Orders

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damage and Loss During Shipping

We do our best to protect your items during shipping, but if your package arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged product to info@k28.fr within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer you a replacement or a refund.

Modifications or Cancellations

Once the order is placed and processing has begun, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. If you wish to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
